Attack on Titan Anime Season 2 Premieres in April


The Hajime Isayama’s 21st “Attack on Titan” manga volume is revealing on the Friday that the anime adaptation second season will premiere in the April.The second season which was initially announced in the November 2014 was originally planned for 2016.The first 25 episodes season aired from April to September 2013. Both Crunchyroll and Funimation streamed the first season as it aired in the Japan, and Funimation released the series on home video in the 2014. The first season also inspired by two compilation anime film’s in 2014 and 2015.

The Hajime Isayama’s original manga has also inspired numerous spinoff manga several novel series a two part live-action film project a and spinoff live-action television series and an OVA. Two of the spinoff manga Attack on Attack on Titan Junior High and Titan No Regrets received anime adaptations of their own.

Isayama launched the manga in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine in the 2009, and Kodansha published the 20th volume in the Japan on August 9. Kodansha Comic’s publishes the manga in print in English and it published the 20th volume on Tuesday. Crunchyroll also publishes the manga in the English digitally as the new chapters are published in Japan.
